Position 410 Loader to Mount on JD 4200 Tractor - Drive tractor to side of loader and shut off engine. Route hoses between loader boom and mounting frame (on tractor). Cut wires that fasten lift cylinders to masts. Move control lever(s) back and forth and side-to-side (if applicable) several times to relieve system pressure. Connect couplers matching color-coded caps on hoses and colors on coupler plate as outlined below: Red or Silver - Bucket Cylinder-Head End, Yellow - Bucket Cylinder-Rod End, Green - Lift Cylinder-Head End, Black - Lift Cylinder-Rod End. Place a minimum of 25 kg (55 lb) weight in the bucket before extending the lift cylinders. Extend lift cylinders to raise 410 loader into mounting position. Shut off tractor engine.
