Tractor engine starting problems

No gasoline in tank - Add gasoline.
Improper fuel grade - Change fuel.
Old fuel - Drain fuel and replace with fresh fuel.
Clogged fuel system - Remove clogging.
Spark plug wires are damaged - Install new spark plug wires.
Spark plug damaged - Replace as required.
Plugged fuel filter - Fuel filter needs to be replaced.
Defective safety switch - Replace if required.
Carburetor is clogged - Clean the carburetor.
Check and adjust governor linkage. Compression problems.

Gas engine hard starting

Battery does not charge

Clogged discharge chute

Travel speed too fast - Operate the mower at low speed.

Engine is running at too low speed - Engine speed must be increased.

Mower cuts too low - Use higher cutting.

Blades scalp grass

Wrong cutting height - Set the correct cutting height.
Mower rollers not adjusted improperly - Adjust wheel heights correctly.

Uneven cutting results
