Kawasaki FC150V Carburetor Adjustment
1) Air cleaner must be assembled to engine.
2) Gently turn pilot screw clockwise until it just closes.
3) Open screw by giving it single counterclockwise turn as initial
setting.
4) Start and allow engine to warm up.
5) Move speed control lever or throttle lever on equipment to slow
position.
6) Adjust throttle stop screw to obtain 1500 rpm by turning it in or
out.
7) Adjust pilot screw by turning it clockwise (lean) or counterclockwise
(rich) to obtain peak of idling.
8) Then turn out screw 1/4 turn from peak.
9) Re-adjust throttle stop screw to obtain 1500 rpm idling.
