Kubota B7500 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check air filter element. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any damage if required.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect front and rear tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add if required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Tighten wheel nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1005-E): 3.2 qts (3.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Check the engine air filters and clean if required.

Check hydraulic system oil level. Add if required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add it.

Check and adjust the engine drive belt tension. Change the belt if worn. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic capacity for B7500D/B7500DT - 12.2 qts (11.5 L), for B7500HSD - 13.2 qts (12.5 L). After adding transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B7500HSD). HST oil filter part number: HH660-36060. After installing a new filter, check the transmission oil. If necessary, add it.

Changing hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: HH670-37712. Check the hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter element. Add fluid if necessary.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Clean the radiator fins with a brush from dust.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Check radiator coolant. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all fittings and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Check brake adjustment.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 qts (3.8 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
