Kubota L3410HST Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Motor oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering, service brakes and hand brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Clean engine primary air filter elements. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Part number - TA040-93220.

Changing engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20 or SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40. API Service Classification CC or CD. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1703-AN): 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Check engine fuel filter element. Clean if necessary. Part number - 15521-43160.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if it is low.

HST transmission fluid filter changing. Hydrostatic transmission oil filter part number: HHTA0-59900. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic oil level is recommended. Add transmission/hydraulic oil if it is low.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter element part number - HHTA0-37710. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If required, add it.

Every 400 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended fluid type: Kubota Super UDT. Transmission and hydraulic fluid capacity: 10.3 gal (39 L). Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Change front axle lubricant. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L).

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
