Massey Ferguson 3095 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Check motor oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Checking engine primary and secondary air filters. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering, service brakes and hand brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 250 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE 10W-30, 15W-30, 10W-40. API service classification SE, SF, SG, CC, CD, CF. How much to change: Engine Oil Capacity - 17.5 qt (16.6 L). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: 1447031M2. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Engine air filters checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 1062501V91. Engine secondary air filter part number: 70257029.

Cab air filter inspection. Replace as required. Part number - 3388840V2/3389746M1 (Carbon).

Every 500 hours

Change hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter element part number - 3581032M2/4303303M1. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. If required, add it.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 3638291M1 (Spin-on) / 836218V92, 4223713M91 (Sediment Bowl). Check injection pump adjustments.

Every 1000 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: M-1127, M-1135, M-1139, M-1144, SAE 10W-30, 15W-30. API Service Category: CE, CG-4, GL-4, SF. How much is required: Oil Capacity - 15.9 gal (60.1 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level.

Steering filter element changing. Steering fluid filter part number - 3619594V1 (6-in) / 3799315M1 (8-in). After installation, checking the steering fluid level is recommended. If after checking the steering oil level is low, add it.

Front axle lubricant change. Front Axle Oil Type - Gear Lube GL-3, GL-5, 80W-90. Front Axle Oil Capacity: 1.58 gal (6.1 L), Reductions Units: 1.5 qt (1.4 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Replace engine air filter elements.

Replace steering filter.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil.

Change hydraulic filter.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Change cab air filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling System Capacity - 6.6 gal (25 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
