Kubota L3600DT Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Motor oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Checking air filters. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20. API Service CC or CD. Oil system capacity (Kubota V1903-A): 6.3 qts (6.0 L). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Check the engine fuel filter and clean if required.

Inspect engine primary/secondary air filter elements. Replace as required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replace filter in hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter part number: HH330-82630. After installing a new filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil. Add oil if necessary.

Every 400 Hours

Replace engine primary air filter element. Primary air filter part number - TA040-93220.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Secondary air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Replace fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. How much is needed: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 10.3 gal (39 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level with a dipstick.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Inspect all clamps and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
