Kubota B2920/B2920HSD Maintenance Information

Kubota B2920 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Motor oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic oil level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filter elements. Change if required.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check fluid in hydraulic system. If necessary, add hydraulic oil to the system.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Check and clean the engine primary and secondary air filters. Primary air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Secondary air filter part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Inspect wheels and tighten nuts and bolts if necessary.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much is needed: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1305-E3D) - 3.7 qts (3.5 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B2920HSD). HST filter part number - HHK70-14073. After replacing the filter, check the transmission oil level. Add oil if required.

Clean radiator fins if fins are dirty.

Inspect drive belt. Change if necessary. Part Number: 16271-97010.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 16.0 qts (15.1 L). Fill with the new transmission oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: HH670-37712. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic fluid level. Add hydraulic oil if it is low.

Check the coolant in radiator. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust engine idle as required.

Inspect all hoses and tubes. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.1 qts (3.9 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
