Kubota B6000 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter. Replace if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota ZL600) - 2.0 qts (1.9 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Check and inflate tires as required.

Inspect the battery. Clean the terminals as required.

Check wheels and tighten screws and nuts if required.

Every 100 hours

Inspect and clean fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Replace as required. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Check the hydraulic fluid level in system. If necessary, add hydraulic oil to the system.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - 15231-32010. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. If the belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 9.5 qts (9.0 L). Check transmission fluid level after replacement.

Changing hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter element part number - 66591-36224. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic fluid level. If necessary, add it.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle case: 0.47 qts (0.50 L). Front wheel gear case: 0.20 qts (0.19 L).

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Check radiator coolant. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect and tighten all hoses and clamps.

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Yearly

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubricating system components.

Change hydraulic filter and fill the hydraulic/transmission system with fresh fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.2 qts (3.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
