Kubota BX2200 Engine Troubleshooting

Engine difficult to start or will not start: Fuel filter element is dirty. Change filter element. Air in fuel tank. Bleed fuel tank. Fuel injection nozzles are clogged or faulty. Check and replace nozzles if required. Fuel injection pump malfunctioning. Replace or rebuild injection pump.

Engine shuts off suddenly during operation: Timing of fuel injection pump is incorrect. Set it up as required. Dirty fuel filter. Filter maintenance required. Engine is cold. Warm up engine as required.
