Diesel starts and suddenly stops: Fuel filter plugging. Filter maintenance required. Damaged fuel injection pump. Repair or install new pump. Restricted intake air. Replace air filter element.

Engine overheated: Defective radiator cap or clogged radiator core. Clean radiator or replace cap. Insufficient coolant fluid. Add coolant fluid and inspect the cooling system for leaks. Fan belt slipping or worn. Replace as required. Engine oil level low. Fill up the engine oil.

Loss of engine power: Fuel injection nozzles are faulty or clogged. Check and replace nozzles if required. Fuel hoses or lines are dirty. Clean fuel lines and hoses. Plugged air cleaner. Air filter maintenance required. Cylinder-head gasket is leaking. Install a new gasket.

Lack of transmission oil pressure: Insufficient transmission fluid. Fill the transmission housing to proper fluid level. Plugged transmission oil filter (if equipped). Service or replace the transmission oil filter. Defective relief valve. Replace valve as required.

Transmission oil leaks: Damaged gaskets or seals. Replace worn seal or gaskets. Transmission fluid level is exceeded. Excess fluid must be drained.

Hydraulics overheating: Incorrect type of hydraulic fluid. Use the correct type of fluid. Hydraulic oil is dirty. Hydraulic oil change required. Air in the hydraulic system. Air bleeding. Defective main relief valve. Change relief valve.

Hydraulic fluid pressure is low: Hydraulic oil is insufficient. Fill the system to proper hydraulic oil level. Dirty hydraulic fluid filter. Install a new hydraulic valve or repair it. Hydraulic cylinder is broken. Replace or repair hydraulic cylinder. Low hydraulic oil level. Checking hydraulic oil level and add if necessary. Battery does not charge: Loose or corroded electrical wiring connections. Clean or tighten wiring connections. Electrical terminal connectors are faulty. Terminal connectors need to be changed.
