Engine is overheated: Defective radiator cap or clogged radiator core. Install new cap or clean radiator. Insufficient coolant fluid. Add coolant fluid and inspect the cooling system for leaks. Fan belt is loose or defective. Change the fan belt. Engine oil level low. Fill up the engine oil.

Engine power loss: Fuel injection nozzles are faulty or clogged. Change fuel injection nozzles. Dirt in the fuel hoses or lines. Service fuel hoses and lines. Plugged air cleaner. Clean or replace the element. Cylinder-head gasket is broken. Change cylinder head gasket.

Transmission fluid is dirty or fluid level is too low. Fill to required level or change the fluid. Defective relief valve. Change relief valve. Damaged or worn components of hydrostatic transmission. Hot transmission oil: Transmission is under excessive load. Reduce loading. Clogged or damaged cooling components. Check all cooling components and change or repair if required. Transmission oil level is low. Check and refill the transmission oil. Transmission oil filter is dirty. Clean or change transmission oil filter.

Lack of power: Insufficient transmission fluid. Check and refill the transmission fluid. Stuck relief valve. Replace relief valve. Speed control linkage is worn or unadjusted. Adjust or replace linkage.

Transmission oil leaks: Oil drain line is clogged. Clean or change the line. Damaged gaskets or seals. Replace worn gaskets or seal. Internal transmission housing pressure is too high. Change defective parts.
