Engine is overheated: Defective radiator cap or clogged radiator fins. Clean radiator or install new cap. Engine has a lack of coolant. Add coolant and check the components of cooling system. Excessive wear of the fan belt. Change the fan belt. Engine oil level low. Fill the crankcase with engine oil.

Engine is not running at maximum power: Clogged or burnt injection nozzle. Check injection nozzles and replace if required. Restricted fuel lines or hoses. Fuel hoses and lines must be clean. Abnormal engine knocking or noise: Low coolant temperature. Warm up engine as required. Engine oil level is low. Checking oil level and add if necessary. Improper fuel injection timing. Hydrostatic transmission makes noise: Speed control pedal linkage is damaged or out of adjustment. Adjust or replace linkage. Transmission is under excessive load. Reduce the load is required. Dirty transmission fluid or insufficient fluid level. Add fluid to the correct level or fill the transmission with fresh fluid. Stuck relief valve. Replace the valve. Defective or worn transmission parts. After disassembly and inspection, replace defective components.

Transmission oil over heats: Transmission is under excessive load. Reduce loading. Cooling components are plugged or defective. Inspect all cooling components and replace or clean if necessary. Insufficient transmission oil. Need to add transmission oil. Clogged transmission oil filter element. Service or replace the transmission oil filter.

Lack of power: Low oil level. Fill up the transmission oil. Relief valve malfunction. Replace the valve. Defective or not adjusted speed control pedal linkage. Change or adjust linkage.

Transmission fluid leakage: Clogged transmission fluid return pipe. Clean or change return pipe. Seals or gaskets are broken. Install new components. High internal transmission housing pressure. Repair or replace damaged components.
