The Bobcat S64 skid steer loader is powered by 146.5 cu.in (2.4L) Bobcat Doosan D24 four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 68 hp (50.7 kW) at 2600 rpm. The Bobcat S64 is equipped with a single-speed or two-speed hydrostatic transmission, vertical-lift loader boom, 80 HSOC roller chains, and 10x16.5 or 31-12x16.5 tires. The hydraulic system has a pump with fluid flow rate of 17.6 gpm (66.5 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 3500 psi (241 bar). Engine Troubleshooting
Engine hard to start or doesn't start
Air in the fuel system - Air bleeding.

Engine stalls at low idle speed

Fuel injection pump is faulty - Replace injection pump or repair it.
Clogged or defective injectors - Clean or replace fuel injectors.
Valve out of adjustment - Correct valve clearance.
Engine lacks power
Clogged air filter - Change or service air filter element.
Dirty or faulty injection nozzles - Inspect nozzles and replace if necessary.
Fuel injection pressure is wrong - Test fuel injection pressure and adjust it correctly.
