Case TR310 Track Loader Troubleshooting

The Case TR310 compact track loader is powered by 207 cu.in (3.4L) FPT F5H FL463 vertical 4-cylinder turbocharged aftercooled diesel engine with a rated power of 74 hp (55 kW). The Case TR310 is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission, planetary gearbox with 2-speed motor, radial-lift boom, and 15.7" (400 mm) rubber tracks with steel inserts. The hydraulic system has a pump with fluid flow rate of 24.2 gpm (91.5 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 3050 psi (210 bar). The track loader has a rated operating capacity of 2170 lbs (984 kg) and tipping load of 6200 lbs (2812 kg). The boom lifting force is 6440 lbs (2925 kg), and bucket breakout force is 8680 lbs (3945 kg).

Engine Troubleshooting

Engine hard to start or doesn't start

Air in the fuel pipes - Bleed the fuel pipes.

Water in the fuel system - Change fuel and repair fuel system.
