Engine starts hard or doesn't start: Clogged fuel filter. Service or replace the filter. Air in the fuel pipes. Bleed the fuel pipes. Faulty fuel injection nozzles. Test injection nozzles and change if necessary. Fuel injection pump malfunction. Repair or change injection pump.

Engine shuts off suddenly while running: Incorrect adjustment of fuel injection pump timing. Set the fuel pump timing correctly. Fuel filter plugged. Filter maintenance required. Engine is not preheated. Warm up to required temperature.

Diesel starts and stops: Fuel filter plugged. Replace filter element. Fuel injection pump is defective. Repair or replace injection pump. Dirty air filter. Carry out maintenance on air filter.

Engine overheated: Dirty radiator core or faulty radiator cap. Clean radiator or replace cap. Low coolant level. Add coolant and check the components of cooling system. Broken or loose fan belt. Belt replacement is recommended. Engine oil insufficient. Fill up the oil to required level.

Loss of engine power: Fuel injection nozzles are damaged. Replace injection nozzles. Dirt in the fuel lines or hoses. Clean fuel system lines and hoses. Air filter element clogged. Service air cleaner. Leaking cylinder head gasket. Install new cylinder head gasket.

Abnormal engine noise or knocking: Engine is not warmed up to the required temperature. Normalize the temperature by warming up the engine. Engine oil level is insufficient. Add oil to proper level or pour fresh transmission oil. Relief valve failure. Change relief valve. Damaged or worn components of hydrostatic transmission. Replace or repair defective components.

Transmission oil overheating: Transmission overload. Load needs to be reduced. Damaged or clogged cooling components. Inspect all cooling components and replace or clean if necessary. Transmission oil insufficient. Fill the transmission housing with oil. Transmission oil filter is dirty. Clean or change transmission oil filter.

Power is insufficient: Insufficient transmission oil. Check transmission oil level and add oil as required. Relief valve is stuck. Install a new valve. Speed control linkage is worn or unadjusted. Adjust or install new linkage.

Transmission oil leakage: Clogged transmission fluid return tube. Clean or replace return tube. Seals or gaskets are broken. Gaskets or seal need to be replaced. High internal transmission housing pressure. Replace worn components.

Starter motor cranks slow: Low battery voltage. Battery is drained, charge it. Battery runs out quickly. Battery needs service or replacement. Disconnected wires or corroded battery terminals. Check wiring connections and replace or clean terminals.
