Low hydraulic oil pressure: Hydraulic fluid is insufficient. Add fluid as required. Dirty hydraulic oil filter element. Service or replace the hydraulic filter. Leaks in hydraulic lines. Find leaks in the system and fix it. Incorrect setting hydraulic control valve block. Set correctly. Damaged hydraulic pump. Replace or repair hydraulic oil pump. Hydraulic cylinder is defective. Replace or repair hydraulic cylinder.
Three-point hitch cannot be lifted or lifting is too slow: Faulty hydraulic pump. Repair or replace hydraulic oil pump. Main relief valve malfunction. Relief valve must be changed. Damaged hydraulic spool valve. Repair or change the valve. Defective hydraulic cylinder. Change or repair hydraulic cylinder. Low hydraulic oil level. Checking hydraulic oil level and add if necessary. Hydraulic oil filter element is clogged. Change the hydraulic filter element or service if required. Excessive load on hitch. Reduce hitch load.
3-point hitch does not lower or lowers very slowly: Damaged hydraulic cylinder. Repair or replace hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic spool valve block is not adjusted properly. The spool valve should be properly adjusted. Damaged hitch cross shaft. Install a new shaft. The hitch is not adjusted. Adjust the 3-point hitch.
Hitch lifting or lowering is jerky: Dirty hydraulic oil. The oil must be changed. Defective hydraulic pump. Repair or replace hydraulic fluid pump. Air in the hydraulic system. Air bleeding. Damaged hydraulic spool valve. Replace or repair the valve. Faulty hydraulic cylinder. Replace or repair hydraulic cylinder.
