Engine overheats: Damaged radiator cap or dirty radiator core. Replace cap or clean radiator. Engine has a lack of coolant. Add coolant and check the components of cooling system. Fan belt is loose or defective. Install new fan belt. Engine oil level low. Fill up the engine oil.

Reduced engine power: Dirty or damaged injection nozzles. Test injection nozzles and change if necessary. Fuel hoses or lines are clogged. Fuel hoses and lines must be clean. Plugged air cleaner. Change air filter element. Cylinder head gasket is damaged. Change cylinder head gasket.
