Workmaster 60 Engine Troubleshooting

Engine difficult to start or won't start: Fuel filter plugged. Clean the filter or install new filter element. Air in the fuel system. Air bleeding. Fuel injection nozzles fault. If necessary, replace with a new nozzle. Fuel injection pump is not operating properly. Replacement or repair required.

Engine stops suddenly during operation: Fuel injection pump timing is not adjusted. Adjust fuel injection pump as required. Fuel filter element is clogged. Filter maintenance required. Engine is cold. Engine is not warmed up to the required temperature.
