The New Holland C175 compact track loader driveline system components: a 135 cu.in (2.2L) Shibaura N844LT four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 60 hp (45 kW), and 2-speed hydrostatic transmission. The hydraulic system has a pump with a rated capacity of 17.2 gal/min (65.2 l/min). The system relief pressure is 2500 psi (172 bar). The New Holland C175 is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes and steel-embedded rubber tracks. Engine Troubleshooting
Engine difficult to start or will not start
Air in fuel tank - Bleed fuel tank.

Dirt or water in fuel system - Drain water or flush dirt from the system.

Engine is cold - Normalize the temperature by warming up the engine.
Dirty fuel filter - Clean the filter or install new filter element.
Air in the fuel pipes - Bleed the fuel pipes.
Damaged or dirty injection nozzles - Change fuel injection nozzles.
Fuel injection pump timing is wrong - Adjust fuel injection pump as required.
Engine stops while idle
Improperly adjusted low idle speed - Correct the settings.
Damaged fuel injection pump - Change pump or rebuild it.
Defective fuel injectors - Clean or replace fuel injectors.
The valve clearance is incorrect - Adjust valve clearance.
Engine lacks power
Clogged air filter - Install new air filter element.

Starter turns slowly
Battery capacity is low - Battery is drained, recharge it.

Starter will not work
