Kubota B2320 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Motor oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Transmission fluid level checking. If the transmission fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Check engine primary and secondary air filters. Replace if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tire air pressure. Inflate tires if required.

Check battery charge level and charge if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Check oil in hydraulic system. Add oil if necessary.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Check tractor for lost or loose screws and nuts.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1005-E3): 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Engine oil filter replacement. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter replacement (B2320HSD). HST fluid filter part number - HHK070-14070. After installing a new filter, check the transmission oil. Add oil if necessary.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Check alternator/fan belt tension. Adjust if necessary. If the drive belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Replace transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: B2320DT - 14.8 qts (14.0 L), B2320HSD - 16.1 qts (15.2 L). Check transmission oil level after changing.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: HH670-37712. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is recommended. Add oil if necessary.

Replace fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if required.

Check engine idle. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
