Kubota B2620 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filter element. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect rear and front tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Check fluid level in the hydraulic tank. Fill as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Tighten wheel bolts and nuts.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much to fill: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1105) - 3.7 qts (3.5 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Change hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B2620HSD). HST filter part number: HHK70-14073. When installation is complete, check the transmission oil level. Add transmission fluid if it is low.

Check and service air filter elements.

Clean the radiator with a brush if the fins are dirty.

Inspect drive belt. Change if necessary. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Transmission oil type - Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 16.0 qts (15.0 L). After changing the transmission/hydraulic oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: HH670-37712. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic fluid level. Add oil if required.

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Check cooling system for leaks. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idling. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check and tighten the hoses and hose clamps.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.1 qts (3.9 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
