Kubota B26 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. If the transmission fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Checking engine air filter elements. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Inspect the battery. Clean the terminals as required.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Check the oil level in hydraulic/transmission system. Add oil if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Check wheels and tighten screws and nuts if required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much is required: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1105-E2) - 3.2 qts (3.0 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number - HH660-36060. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission fluid level. Add transmission oil if it is low.

Clean radiator fins from dirt.

Check drive belt for wear. Change if necessary. Part Number: 16206-97013.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 27.5 qts (26.0 L). Check transmission/hydraulic oil level after replacement.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: HH670-37712. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. Add hydraulic oil if it is low.

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check injection pump adjustments.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if required.

Check engine idle speeds. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all hoses and fittings. Tighten as required.

Front axle lubricant change.

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Change HST transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic system.

Change the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
