Kubota B7410 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine air filter element. Change if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Check tire air pressure. Inflate tires if required.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Check fluid in hydraulic system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much to add: Oil system capacity (Kubota D782-E) - 2.5 qts (2.4 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Check engine air filters. Clean if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Inspect wheels and tighten nuts and bolts if necessary.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH150-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Inspect and adjust alternator/fan belt. Replace if belt is worn. Part Number: 1G027-97012.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 13.6 qts (12.8 L). Fill with the new transmission oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Replace filter element in hydraulic system. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HH670-37712. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic oil. Add oil if required.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Change if necessary. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required. Part number - 32721-58242.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Check cooling system for leaks. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle speeds. Adjust engine idle as required.

Check the hoses and tubes. Tighten if necessary.

Check brake adjustment.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new engine air cleaner elements.

Change transmission/hydraulic filter and oil.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 2.9 qts (2.7 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
