Kubota B7510 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tyre pressure. If the tyre pressure is low, inflate the tyres.

Check the battery. Clean battery terminals if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Tighten wheel bolts and nuts.

Every 100 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1005-E) - 3.2 qts (3.0 L). After replacing the engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Check and service engine air filter elements.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add if required.

Check hydraulic oil level. Fill the hydraulic system as required.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Check and adjust the engine drive belt tension. Replace belt if worn. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 14.3 qts (13.5 L) for B7510D/B7510DT and 16.2 qts (15.3 L) for B7510HSD. Check transmission oil level after changing.

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter changing (B7510HSD). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. After installing a new filter, check the transmission fluid level. If required, add it.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Part number of hydraulic filter: HH670-37712. Check the hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if required.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Change if necessary. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required. Part number - 32721-58242.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new primary/secondary air filters.

Install a new HST filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid and hydraulic filter.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 qts (3.8 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
