Kubota B2301 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission oil level checking procedure. If the transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine primary/secondary air filters. Change if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if required.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect tires and check inflation pressure. If required, add air to tires.

Check battery charge level and charge if necessary.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add oil if necessary.

Check the hydraulic fluid level in system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1105) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Replace oil filter. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B2301HSD). HST filter part number - HH660-36060. When installation is complete, check the transmission oil level. If after checking the transmission oil level is low, add it.

Perform inspection and cleaning of the air filters.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Inspect the drive belt and if it is worn, change it. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Replace transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil: Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 16.0 qts (15.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level.

Replace filter in transmission/hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter element part number - HH670-37712. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If necessary, add it.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if required.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten as required.

Change front axle lubricant. Steering gearbox capacity: 0.20 qts (0.19 L).

Check and adjust the service and parking brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Change hydrostatic transmission oil filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission oil and filter.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 qts (3.8 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
