Kubota B2650HSD Maintenance Information

Kubota B2650HSD Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Motor oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine primary and secondary air filters. Install a new filters if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check battery charging. Replace or charge the battery if required.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Check hydraulic system fluid level. Add if required.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Tighten wheel bolts and nuts.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much is required: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1305-E4): 4.2 qts (4.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Changing oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add it.

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter changing. HST filter part number - HH660-36060. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission oil level. Add oil if required.

Clean the radiator fins with a brush from dust.

Check fan/alternator belt for wear. A worn belt should be replaced. Part Number: 6C430-59280.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 16.0 qts (15.0 L). Check transmission fluid level after changing.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter element. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: HH670-37712. After installation, checking the hydraulic oil level is recommended. Add fluid if required.

Check engine primary air filter. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Replace if necessary.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change as required.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if required.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the idle speed on the engine.

Check the hoses and tubes. Tighten if necessary.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.5 qts (4.3 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
