Kubota B2650 Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. When transmission oil is low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filters checking. Replace if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Check tires and inflate if required.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Check oil in hydraulic system. Add oil if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Tighten wheel nuts and bolts.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1305-E4): 4.2 qts (4.0 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Changing oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Perform inspection and cleaning of the primary/secondary air filters.

Clean radiator grill from dirt.

Check fan/alternator belt for wear. A worn belt should be replaced. Part Number: 6C430-59280.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Changing hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended hydraulic/transmission oil: Kubota UDT. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: 16.0 qts (15.0 L). Check transmission fluid level after changing.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter element - HH670-37712. After installation, checking the hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add hydraulic oil if it is low.

Check cooling system for leaks. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all hoses and fittings. Tighten if necessary.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Replace engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.5 qts (4.3 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
