Kubota B2410/B2410HSD Maintenance Information

Kubota B2410 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When the transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Check tractor for loose or lost nuts and screws.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30 (B2410), SAE 10W-40 or 10W-30 (B2410HSD/B2410HSDB). How much to add: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1105): 3.2 qts (3.0 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Checking hydraulic/transmission fluid in system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Inspect and service engine primary/secondary air filters.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH150-32094. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If required, add it.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 13.2 qts (12.5 L). Fill with the new transmission fluid up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Hydrostatic transmission fluid filter replacement (B2400HSD/B2400HSDB). HST filter part number - HH660-36060. Check the transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. Add transmission oil if it is low.

Replace filter element in hydraulic/transmission system. Hydraulic filter element part number - HH670-37712. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. Add hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. If belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 1G062-97012.

Every 400 Hours

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Check engine primary air filter. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Replace if necessary.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if required.

Check engine idle speeds. Adjust if necessary.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten if necessary.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: B2410/B2410HSD - 3.9 qts (3.7 L), B2410HSDB - 4.8 qts (4.5 L).

Check and adjust the service and parking brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air cleaner elements.

Install a new HST transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic system.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 qts (3.8 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
