Kubota B2910 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check transmission/hydraulic oil level. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Engine primary/secondary air filter checking. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Checking hydraulic fluid in system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1505-E): 4.3 qts (4.1 L). After replacing the engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Inspect and service engine air filters.

Every 200 hours

Replace oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH160-32093. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Clean radiator fins from dirt.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. If the belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 1G062-97012.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Recommended hydraulic/transmission oil: Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 14.8 qts (14.0 L). Add transmission fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B2910HSD). HST filter part number - HH660-36060. After installing a new filter, check the transmission oil. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: HH670-37712. Check the hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check the operation of injection pump.

Check engine primary air filter. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Replace if necessary.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change as required.

Check cooling system for leaks. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine low idle speed. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten as required.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change hydraulic/transmission oil and filter.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
