Kubota B2710 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect tires and inflate if necessary.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Checking hydraulic fluid in system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Check tightness of wheel screws and nuts.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. How much is required: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1305-E) - 4.3 qts (4.1 L). After replacing the engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add oil if necessary.

Check the engine air filter elements and clean if required.

Every 200 hours

Oil filter changing. Filter part number - HH160-32093. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Clean the radiator fins with a brush from dust.

Inspect drive belt. Replace if necessary. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 14.8 qts (14.0 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after replacement.

Changing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B2710HSD). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. Check the transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if required.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: HH670-37712. Check the hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if required.

Check the tightening torque of the front and rear hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check injection pump settings.

Check the coolant in cooling system. Top up if required.

Check engine idling. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten as required.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubricating system components.

Install a new primary/secondary air filter elements.

Install a new HST transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic system.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
