Kubota B3000/B3000HSDC Inspection and Maintenance

Kubota B3000 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking engine air filters. Install a new filters if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine idling, steering, hand brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check battery charging. Replace or charge the battery if required.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota V1505-E3) - 4.3 qts (4.1 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Check the hydraulic fluid level in system. Fill the hydraulic system as required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH160-32093. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Clean radiator grill from dirt.

Inspect drive belt. Replace if necessary. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 19.1 qts (18.0 L). Check transmission fluid level after changing.

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter replacement (B3000HSDC/B3000HSDCC). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. After installation, checking the transmission fluid level is recommended. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter: HH670-37712. After installation, checking the hydraulic oil level is recommended. Add hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Check and clean the engine primary and secondary air filters. Primary air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Secondary air filter part number - 32721-58242. Change if required.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Check cooling system for leaks. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Replace HST filter.

Change transmission/hydraulic filter and oil.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
