Kubota B3200 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filters. Change if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect rear and front tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Tighten wheel nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to fill: Crankcase capacity (Kubota V1505-E3) - 5.7 qts (5.4 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Checking hydraulic oil in system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH160-32093. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check fan/alternator belt tension. Adjust as required. Replace drive belt if worn. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 15.3 qts (14.4 L). Add transmission fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B3200HSD). HST oil filter part number: HH660-36060. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter: HH670-37712. After replacing the filter, check the hydraulic oil level. Add oil if required.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Every 400 Hours

Check engine primary air filter. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Replace if necessary.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change as required.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Check the coolant in radiator. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all fittings and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
