Kubota B3300SU Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tyre pressure. If the tyre pressure is low, inflate the tyres.

Check battery charge level and charge if necessary.

Check engine primary air filter. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414. Replace if necessary.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 32721-58242. Change as required.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Checking hydraulic fluid in system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Check front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota V1505-E3): 5.7 qts (5.4 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Replace oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH160-32093. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Changing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number: HH660-36060. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission oil level. If necessary, add it.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Inspect drive belt. Replace if necessary. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Replace hydraulic/transmission oil. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 15.3 qts (14.4 L). After adding transmission fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter element - HH670-37712. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic oil. Add fluid if required.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten if necessary.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check and adjust the service and parking brakes.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
