Kubota B3030 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filters element. Install a new filters element if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if required.

Every 50 Hours

Check tires and inflate if required.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Inspect wheels and tighten bolts and nuts if necessary.

Every 100 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1505-E2): 4.3 qts (4.1 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Check hydraulic oil level. Fill the hydraulic system as required.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 200 hours

Changing oil filter. Filter part number - HH160-32093. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Inspect and adjust alternator/fan belt. If the belt is worn, change it. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Clean the radiator with a brush if the fins are dirty.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil: Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 19.1 qts (18.0 L). Check transmission fluid level after replacement.

Change hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B3030HSD/B3030HSDC). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. Check the transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if necessary.

Change filter in transmission/hydraulic system. Part number of transmission/hydraulic filter element - HH670-37712. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check injection pump adjustments.

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Check the coolant in cooling system. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle. If necessary, adjust the idle speed on the engine.

Check and tighten all hoses and clamps.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Change HST filter and oil.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh fluid to hydraulic system.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
