Kubota B3350 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, fill in new oil.

Checking air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tire inflation pressure. Add air to tires if necessary.

Check the battery. Clean battery terminals if necessary.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Check tightness of wheel bolts and nuts.

Every 100 hours

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Replace as required. Part number - 1G319-11212.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Change if necessary. Part number - K7591-82360.

Check fluid in hydraulic system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to fill: Oil system capacity (Kubota V1505-E4) - 5.1 qts (4.8 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH160-32093. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B3350HSD/B3350HSDC). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. After installing a new filter, check the transmission oil. Add transmission fluid if it is low.

Clean the radiator grill from dust and dirt.

Inspect the drive belt and adjust the belt tension as required. Replace drive belt if worn. Part Number: 16206-97013 (ROPS) or 6C430-59280 (Cab).

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Replace transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil type - Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 16.0 qts (15.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission fluid level.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter element part number - HH670-37712. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if required.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930. Check the operation of injection pump.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if required.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust engine idle as required.

Inspect all hoses and fittings. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.5 qts (4.2 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
