Kubota B5200 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Checking air filter. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering, service brakes and hand brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota D750) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Check tire inflation pressure. Add air to tires if necessary.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add if required.

Every 100 hours

Check and clean the engine air filter.

Check and clean the engine fuel filter filter.

Check the hydraulic oil level in system. Fill as required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Check wheels and tighten screws and nuts if required.

Every 200 hours

Change filter element in hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter part number: 66021-36390. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic fluid level. If necessary, add it.

Clean the radiator grill from dirt and dust.

Replacing air filter elements. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check drive belt tension. Adjust if necessary. If the drive belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Every 300 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 12.7 qts (12.0 L). Check transmission oil level after replacement.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if coolant is low.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten as required.

Front axle lubricant change. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L). Front axle gear case: 0.15 qts (0.14 L).

Every 400 Hours

Change diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubricating system components.

Change air filter elements.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh fluid to hydraulic system.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.0 qts (2.8 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
