Kubota B6100E Maintenance Information

Kubota B6100E Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check air filter. Replace if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Engine oil capacity (Kubota D650-B): 3.6 qts (3.4 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 100 hours

Service air filter elements. Air filter element part number: 70000-11221.

Clean engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check fluid level in the hydraulic tank. Add oil if necessary.

Every 150 hours

Changing oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Clean radiator fins if fins are dirty.

Check drive belt wear. Replace worn belt. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 12.2 qts (11.5 L). After replacing the transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Change hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - 66021-36390. When the filter is replaced, check the hydraulic oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Check cooling system for leaks. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect and tighten all hoses and clamps.

Change front axle oil. Front axle differential case: 0.53 qts (0.50 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Service lubricating system components.

Install a new air filter elements.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fluid.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
