Kubota B6100 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check engine air filter element. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 75 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to change: Oil system capacity (Kubota D650-B) - 3.6 qts (3.4 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Inspect tires and check inflation pressure. If required, add air to tires.

Check battery charge level and charge if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Check tractor for loose or lost nuts and screws.

Every 100 hours

Clean air filter elements. Air filter part number - 70000-11221. Change if necessary.

Service fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump operation.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Clean the radiator grill from dirt and dust.

Check the oil level in hydraulic system. Fill as required.

Every 200 hours

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter changing (B6100HST). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. When installation is complete, check the transmission fluid level. If required, add it.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. If the belt is worn, change it. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if required.

Every 300 hours

Replace transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 12.2 qts (11.5 L) for B6100D/B6100DT and 14.4 qts (13.6 L) for B6100HST. Check transmission oil level after replacement.

Replace hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - 66021-36390 (B6100D/B6100DT) and 66204-36210 ((B6100HST). After replacing the filter, check the hydraulic oil level. If necessary, add it.

Change front axle oil. Front axle differential case: 0.53 qts (0.50 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Check wheel bolt torque.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
