Massey Ferguson 3075 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filters. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if required.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 250 hours

Check engine air filter elements. Change if required. Engine primary air filter part number: 1062501V91. Engine secondary air filter part number: 70257029.

Check cab air filter and change as required. Part number - 3388840V2/3389746M1 (Carbon).

Replace engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE 10W-30, 15W-30, 15W-40. API service classification SE, SF, SG, CC, CD, CF. Engine oil capacity: 7.2 qt (6.7 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replace oil filter. Filter part number - 1447031M2. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Every 500 hours

Replace hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 4303303M1. After replacing the filter element, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if necessary.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 3638291M1 (Spin-on), 4223713M91 (Sediment Bowl). Check injection pump settings.

Every 1000 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended fluid type: M-1127, M-1135, M-1139, M-1144, SAE 10W-30, 15W-30. API Service Category: CE, CG-4, GL-4, SF. How much to add: Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Capacity - 15.9 gal (60.1 L). Add transmission/hydraulic fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replacing steering filter element. Steering filter part number: 3619594V1/3799315M1. After replacing the filter, check the steering oil level. Add fluid if necessary.

Change front axle oil. Front Axle Oil Capacity: 1.58 gal (6.1 L), Reductions Units: 1.5 qt (1.4 L). Front Axle Oil Type - Permatran, 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Install a new steering filter element and fill with fresh steering oil.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Replace cab air filter.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling System Capacity - 18 qt (17.1 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
