Kubota B1750/B1750HST Inspection and Maintenance

Kubota B1750 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Transmission fluid level checking procedure. When transmission oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check air filter element. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tire inflation pressure. Add air to tires if necessary.

Inspect the battery. Clean the terminals as required.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Check the hydraulic oil level in system. Add if required.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 100 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to change: Oil system capacity (Kubota D950) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Check and clean the air filter.

Check the hydraulic oil level in system. Add if required.

Every 200 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 12.7 qts (12.0 L) for B1750 and 14.3 qts (13.5 L) for B1750HST. Check transmission/hydraulic oil level after replacement.

Hydrostatic transmission oil filter replacement (B1750HST). Oil filter part number: HH660-36060. After installing a new filter, check the transmission fluid level. If required, add it.

Replace filter element in transmission/hydraulic system. Part number of hydraulic filter: 66204-36210. After installation, checking the hydraulic fluid level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. If the belt is worn replace it. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements replacement. Engine air filter part number: 15852-11082.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1T021-43560. Check injection pump adjustments.

Check the coolant in cooling system. Top up if required.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust engine idle as required.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten as recommended.

Front axle oil change. Steering gearbox capacity: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case (B1750HST): 1.6 qt (1.5 L). Front axle gear case (B1750HST): 0.50 qt (0.47 L).

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Change air filter element.

Replace HST transmission filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fill the hydraulic system with fresh fluid.

Change the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.7 qts (3.5 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
