Kubota B2150 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking procedure. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check transmission oil level. When transmission oil is low, add recommended volume.

Checking air filter. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Check tires and inflate if required.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Check oil level in the hydraulic tank. Fill as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Inspect wheels and tighten bolts and nuts if necessary.

Every 100 hours

Replace engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1200): 4.4 qts (4.1 L). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Check oil level in the hydraulic tank. Fill as required.

Check and clean the air filter.

Every 200 hours

Oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If required, add it.

Clean radiator grill from dirt.

Check drive belt tension. Adjust as required. Change if belt is worn. Part Number: 66426-64210 (B2150DT) and 70000-73783 (B2150HSD).

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 19.0 qts (12.0 L). After changing the transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil filter. Fluid filter part number - H3840-37712 (B2150DT) or 32701-37950 (B2150HSD). After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add fluid if necessary.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements replacement. Air filter element part number: 15741-11083.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Check radiator coolant. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idling. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten as required.

Front axle lubricant change. Steering gearbox capacity: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 2.2 qt (2.1 L). Front axle gear case: 0.50 qt (0.47 L).

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Replace air cleaner elements.

Change transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic system.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.1 qts (3.8 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
