Kubota B2100DT/B2100HST Maintenance Information

Kubota B2100 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check transmission fluid level. If transmission oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect rear and front tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Check wheels and tighten nuts and bolts if required.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Engine oil capacity: 3.2 qts (3.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Check the engine air filters and clean if required.

Check the hydraulic oil level in system. Fill the hydraulic system as required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH150-32094. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if required.

Check drive belt. Replace worn belt. Part Number - 1G879-97010.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Every 300 hours

Replace transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic capacity for B2100DT - 11.6 qts (10.9 L) and 12.7 qts (12.0 L) for B2100HST. After completing the filling procedure, check transmission fluid level.

Replace hydrostatic transmission fluid filter (B2100HST). HST filter part number - HH660-36060. After installation, checking the transmission fluid level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 66021-36390. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. Add hydraulic oil if it is low.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Check or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Air filter part number - 6C040-94240.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 6C040-94250. Change if required.

Change diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump operation.

Check the coolant in radiator. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle as required.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten as recommended.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 3.9 qts (3.7 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.6 qts (3.4 L)

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
