Kubota B5100 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter. Replace if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Oil system capacity (Kubota Z500-B): 2.4 qts (2.2 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Check and inflate tires as required.

Inspect the battery. Clean the terminals as required.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Check hydraulic fluid level. If necessary, add hydraulic oil to the system.

Every 100 Hours

Perform inspection and cleaning of the air filter.

Service engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Check tractor for loose or lost nuts and screws.

Every 150 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check drive belt for wear. Change if necessary. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 9.0 qts (8.5 L). Add transmission oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Change filter in transmission/hydraulic system. Part number of transmission/hydraulic filter: 66591-36224. Check the hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter element. If after checking the hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Clean radiator fins from dirt.

Change air filter elements. Air filter element part number: 70000-11221.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust if necessary.

Check the fittings and hoses. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle oil. Front axle differential case: 0.53 qts (0.50 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new air filter elements.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.2 qts (3.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injectors.
