Kubota B7100HST Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Check air filter element. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much is required: Oil system capacity (Kubota D750-B) - 3.6 qts (3.4 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Check and inflate tires as required.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Check tightness of wheel bolts and nuts.

Every 100 hours

Check the hydraulic fluid level in system. Add if required.

Inspect and service air filter.

Inspect and clean engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Every 150 hours

Replace oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Clean the radiator fins with a brush from dust.

Inspect the drive belt and if it is worn, change it. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission oil. Transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 14.4 qts (13.6 L). After filling, check the transmission fluid level with a dipstick.

Changing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number: HH660-36060. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission oil level. If required, add it.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter: 66204-36210. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if necessary.

Engine air filter elements replacement. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Inspect and tighten all hoses and clamps.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle differential case: 1.6 qts (1.5 L). Front wheel gear case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new air cleaner element.

Replace HST transmission filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
