Kubota B7100D Maintenance Information

Kubota B7100D Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check air filter. Change if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any damage if required.

Every 75 Hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much is needed: Oil system capacity (Kubota D750-B) - 3.6 qts (3.4 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check hydraulic fluid level. Fill as required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Inspect tractor for loose nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Service diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1T021-43560. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Check the air filter element and clean if required.

Check drive belt tension. Adjust if necessary. Replace if belt is worn. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Every 150 hours

Replace oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 300 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Recommended hydraulic/transmission oil: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 12.2 qts (11.5 L). Check fluid level after replacement.

Replace filter element in hydraulic/transmission system. Hydraulic/transmission filter element part number - 66021-36390. After replacing the filter, check the hydraulic oil level. If required, add it.

Engine air filter elements replacement. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speed. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten as recommended.

Front axle oil change. Front axle differential case: 0.74 qts (0.70 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new engine air filter element.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fluid.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
