Kubota B7100 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, add recommended volume.

Engine air filter checking. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended motor oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Engine oil capacity (Kubota D750-B): 3.6 qts (3.4 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check fluid in hydraulic system. If necessary, add hydraulic fluid to the system.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 100 hours

Inspect the air filter and clean if necessary.

Clean engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1T021-43560. Check injection pump adjustments.

Check drive belt tension. Adjust or change belt as required. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check wheels and tighten screws and nuts if required.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Clean the radiator grill from dirt and dust.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 12.2 qts (11.5 L). After adding transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace transmission/hydraulic fluid filter. Transmission/hydraulic fluid filter part number - 66021-36390. After replacing the filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add transmission fluid if it is low.

Inspect engine air filter element. Replace if required. Part number: 70000-11221.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust if necessary.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten as required.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle differential case: 0.74 qts (0.70 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Change filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Change air filter element.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter and fill the hydraulic system with fresh oil.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
