Kubota B5100E Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check air filter. Install a new filter if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to add: Oil system capacity (Kubota Z500-B) - 2.4 qts (2.2 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Check tire air pressure. Inflate tires if required.

Check battery charge level and charge if necessary.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Check the fluid level in hydraulic system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Every 100 hours

Clean engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Check and service air filter elements.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Check tightness of wheel screws and nuts.

Every 150 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Clean radiator surface from dirt.

Inspect the drive belt and adjust the belt tension as required. If the drive belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 70000-73818.

Check the tightening torque of the hub bolts.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 9.0 qts (8.5 L). After completing the filling procedure, check transmission oil level.

Change transmission/hydraulic filter. Part number of transmission/hydraulic filter element - 66591-36224. Check the hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. If required, add it.

Replacing air filter elements. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if required.

Check engine low idle speed. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check the fittings and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle differential case: 0.53 qts (0.50 L). Front axle gear case: 0.16 qts (0.15 L).

Check and adjust the parking and service brakes.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.2 qts (3.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
