Kubota B6200 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic oil level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filter checking. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 75 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota D850-5B) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Check and inflate tires as required.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Check front axle oil level. Top up as necessary.

Check rear and front wheels. Tighten nuts and bolts as required.

Every 100 hours

Check the air filter element and clean if required.

Clean engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Check the oil level in hydraulic system. Add if required.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Clean radiator fins from dirt.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 200 hours

Perform hydraulic/transmission filter element replacement. Hydraulic/transmission filter element part number - 66021-36390. When the filter is replaced, check the hydraulic oil level. If after checking the hydraulic oil level is low, add it.

Changing air filter elements. Air filter part number - 70000-11221.

Inspect and adjust alternator/fan belt. Change if belt is worn. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Every 300 Hours

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 12.7 qts (12.0 L). Check hydraulic/transmission oil level after replacement.

Check the coolant in radiator. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all hoses and fittings. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle oil. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L). Front axle gear case: 0.15 qts (0.14 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new air filter element.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid and filter.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.0 qts (2.8 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
