Kubota B7200 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Check transmission fluid level. When the transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filter element. Install a new filter if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 75 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota D950) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Checking the oil in front axle. Top up as necessary.

Every 100 Hours

Inspect and service engine air filter.

Clean fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 150 hours

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Check hydraulic system fluid level. Add if required.

Clean radiator fins if fins are dirty.

Every 200 hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: 66021-36390. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic fluid level. If required, add it.

Check drive belt tension. Adjust as required. If the drive belt is worn, replace it. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Change engine air filter elements. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: 12.7 qts (12.0 L). After filling, check the transmission fluid level with a dipstick.

Check the coolant in radiator. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speed. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten if necessary.

Front axle oil change. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L).

Check brake adjustment.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Change air cleaner elements.

Install a new transmission/hydraulic filter and fill with fresh oil.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.0 qts (2.8 L)

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
